Exchange policy will be applied after meeting these following requirements:

Exchanges are only available for items with same design in a different size or colour, shipping fee will be incurred by customers. In case that it is our mistake, we will take fully responsibility for all of the fees.

Dirty marks, damage by customers or strange smells are not allowed.
