1. SHIPPING POLICY

a) Domestic Shipping

• Standard delivery: VND 40,000

• Your order will be delivered within 1 - 4 business days.

• Free shipping on orders over VND 4,500,000.

b) International Shipping

• Standard delivery:

• Southeast Asia: $14 - $20

• East Asia: $22 - $28

• US, Canada, EU, UK: $40 - $49

• Australia, New Zealand: $30 - $39

• Your order will be delivered by DHL within 3–7 business days, depending on the region.

• Free-shipping promotion on orders over $600.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

• THE RETURN policy is currently not available at the moment.

• S.C offers exchanges for unsuitable items within 7 days of delivery (excluding sale and pre-order items)

  • Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• • Exchanges are only available for items with the same design in a different size or colour, shipping fee will be incurred by customers. In case that it is our mistake, we will take full responsibility for all of the fees.

  • The products must be unworn and unwashed items with full tags.

  • Dirty marks, damage by customers or strange smells are not allowed.

  • Sale or pre-ordered items are unexchangeable.
